Cheryl Maree, MBA, CSP, AHWD
Senior Instructor
With 25+ years of training and development expertise, excellent skills and experience in adult classroom instruction, mentoring, and coaching, Cheryl has a zeal to empower people to realize and maximize their highest potential both professionally and personally. She has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Cheryl is a certified member of The John Maxwell Team of Executive Leaders, Coaches, Teachers and Speakers, a Certified Human Behavior Trainer, and a Certified Facilitator of Stephen Covey’s “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”.
Cheryl is Proprietor|Licensed Georgia Real Estate Instructor of Top Notch Academy of Real Estate, and Principal Broker of Cheryl Maree & Company LLC. She serves on the Board of Directors for Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA). She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, Dekalb Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB®), where she is a recipient of the 2021 National Emerging Leaders Award.

Darren A. Radcliff, MMC
Certified Instructor, Evaluator
Equipped with tenacity, self-discipline, and perseverance, Darren is Founder and Sole Proprietor of Trunkous LLC, a company that “Empowers Individuals to Be Great and Do Great Things”. Trunkous LLC provides services in Fitness, Coaching, Mentoring, Media, Branding, and Apparel.
Darren instructs and facilitates courses in Leadership Development, Professional Growth, and Personal Goals and Achievements. He is a Corporate Certified Inflight Training Facilitator/Evaluator/Instructor with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), American Airlines. Equivalently, Darren is a Print and Runway Model as well as a Creative Writer, Director, and Producer.
Darren has earned a Master of Arts in Mass Communications/Concentration in Public Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Southern University and A&M College. He is a Spring 2006 Initiate of the Beta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. He served as “Mr. Southern University” while achieving his academic goals, and he served as President of the Georgia Club, Campus Leader, Member of the Student Government Association (SGA), and Men’s Federation. Additionally, he has earned a Certification in Media Sales from Florida A&M University.
